I require a 24 hour notice to cancel your appointment through your Vagaro app. Cancellations made within 24 hours loses the 50% deposit. Same day cancellations lose deposit + remaining fee, as I am unable to fill that spot. 

Confirmation texts/emails are sent out one week prior to your appointment to CONFIRM or make any changes to your services booked. Unconfirmed appointments may be canceled to accommodate my waitlist. 

Appointments require a 24 hour notice to reschedule/move to a new day. Frequent rescheduling may result in denial of booking access moving forward. 

No showing your appointment is a 100% fee for the time lost. New Clients that no show first appointment, will be blocked from future scheduling.

Appointments are one-on-one to allow us to fully focus on your brows & relaxing experience.
